Acceptance of Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements. 5.5 tg7702 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, provided that this does not unfairly prejudice players who have already claimed and are in the process of meeting the terms of an active promotion.

Game Rules & Fairness

6.2 Random Number Generation. Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 tg7702 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;

• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;

8.2 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tg7702 support. Any pending withdrawals of verified funds will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.3 Dormant Accounts. Limitation of Liability

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit tg7702's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by tg7702's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13.3 Complaint Procedure. Complaints that remain unresolved after exhausting tg7702's internal process may be referred to PAGCOR.

13.4 Any formal legal proceedings arising from disputes under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
